Nylatron 6.6 (PA 6.6) - Polyamide 6.6
Like PA 6, polyamide 6.6 (PA 6.6) is a semi-crystalline polyamide with slightly better mechanical properties. Its mechanical properties are comparable to those of moulded PA 6.
PA 6.6 is characterised by higher heat resistance and lower water absorption. This material has therefore become a standard plastic for highly stressed parts in machine, vehicle and apparatus construction. It is well suited for mechanical processing.

The types listed below are available as standard. Other special qualities and colour variants are available on request, usually only in minimum quantities.
Components made of natural-coloured Nylatron® 6.6 can also be supplied with a food contact safety certificate in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1935/2004.
