Semi-finished products
Semi-finished products made from high-quality technical thermoplastics and thermosets are the usual starting material for our precision-manufactured plastic components.
Naturally, we prefer to process these semi-finished products ourselves, as we are convinced that it takes years of experience and appropriate machinery to produce components of the desired quality from semi-finished plastic products.
However, many of our customers have gained precisely this experience over the years in the manufacture of their own components with our semi-finished products, so that we are also valued as a supplier of semi-finished products.
Our product range mainly comprises semi-finished products made from so-called Special and High-performance plastics. We offer a comprehensive portfolio that not only Fluoroplastics (PTFE etc.) and Polyaryletherketones (PEEK etc.), but also includes Polyaryl sulphides (PPS) and -sulfones (PSU etc.) and various Polyimides (PI, PAI, PBI, PEI etc.).
In addition, we have the complete range of semi-finished products, from the Standard- about the Technical plastics up to the thermosetting Laminates in our delivery programme.
Semi-finished products made from high-performance plastics
Semi-finished products made from high-performance plastics are characterised by a wide temperature range and good mechanical properties. Depending on the material and type, they also have a very differentiated property profile and the quality of these semi-finished products is partly specified by DIN EN 15860.

Semi-finished products made from standard plastics
In addition to polyolefins (PE and PP), standard plastics primarily include amorphous plastics such as PVC, PS or ABS, but also transparent acrylic glass (PMMA) or polyester (PET G). Semi-finished products made from these materials are characterised by a good price/performance ratio and some have special properties, such as high transparency in the case of PMMA, PETG and PVC or extreme chemical resistance, as in the case of PE and PP.

- Semi-finished products made from standard amorphous plastics (polyvinyl chloride (PVC), acrylic glass (PMMA), styrene plastics (PS, ABS ...)
Semi-finished products made from engineering plastics
Semi-finished products made from engineering plastics are initially characterised by good mechanical properties. Depending on the material, they also have a very differentiated property profile. The quality of these semi-finished products is specified by DIN EN 15860.
